Custom Judo Gi

USSportWear makes custom judo gi (judogi) to order in Sialkot, Pakistan, for judo clubs, academies, schools, martial arts suppliers and private-label brands. You choose the weave, weight, colour, size run and branding; we confirm the specification and send a quotation before production.

Why a judo gi is different from a karate gi

Judo is a gripping sport. Opponents hold and pull the jacket throughout a bout, so a judo gi is built from a much heavier, denser weave than a karate gi, with reinforced collar, lapels and stress points. If you need uniforms for striking styles, see our custom karate gi instead.

Choose the weave

• Single weave: lighter and cooler, common for beginners, children and regular club training.
• Double weave: heavier and harder to grip, usually chosen for competition and advanced students.

Tell us who will wear the gi and how often, and we will recommend a weave and weight for your quote. Fabric weight is confirmed on the sample.

Colours and competition rules

Judo gi are usually made in white, with blue also used in competition. If your students compete, send the rules of the organisation they compete under. We do not claim approval by any judo federation; any approval requirement must be discussed separately before ordering.

Sizing for clubs

Judo gi are commonly sized by height. Send your size chart or students' height ranges with quantities per size. A sample lets you check jacket length, sleeve length and trouser fit before bulk production.
