Custom Soccer Ball Manufacturer in Sialkot

Build club, school, promotional or private-label soccer balls around a written specification. Choose the intended use, construction, size, artwork and packaging before sampling and quotation.

Define the use

Training, match play, youth programmes, events, promotion and retail ranges require different specifications.

Approve the specification

Confirm size, construction, materials, artwork method, packing and test requirements in writing.

Sample before bulk

Use an approved physical sample and documented tolerances as the production reference.

Choose by intended use

Soccer ball programmes we can quote

Availability and final construction are confirmed against your brief. A product name alone does not establish a governing-body approval or performance standard.

Training balls

Durability, repeat use and an appropriate size for the player group.

Match balls

A written performance specification, approved sample and clearly defined test requirements.

Youth and mini balls

Size, weight and intended age group confirmed before quotation.

Futsal balls

Indoor use, size and rebound requirements documented in the order specification.

Promotional balls

Artwork visibility, event use, packaging and display requirements.

Private-label ranges

Brand artwork, labels, packaging, carton marks and repeat-order specifications.

Compare soccer ball construction methods

Select construction from the use case and approved specification, not from a marketing label. Ask for samples and test evidence for the exact ball being quoted.

ConstructionCommon buying considerationConfirm before ordering
Hand stitchedTraditional panel assembly for training or match specifications.Panel material, thread, bladder, weight and test requirements.
Machine stitchedOften considered for training and promotional programmes.Stitch density, backing, bladder and intended playing surface.
ThermobondedBonded-panel construction for buyers specifying a reduced-seam surface.Bonding method, panel system, water-uptake target and test protocol.
HybridCombined bonding and stitching approaches vary by supplier and design.Exact assembly method and how the approved sample will be reproduced.

Cover, backing, bladder and valve

What are soccer balls made of?

A soccer ball is a system rather than one material. The cover, reinforcement or backing layers, bladder, valve, thread or bonding film and printed finish all affect feel, durability, air retention and cost. Buyers should approve the complete construction, not request “synthetic leather” without a layer specification.

PU synthetic-leather cover

Often selected when a softer touch and premium surface are priorities. Confirm thickness, texture, backing and finish.

PVC or durable synthetic cover

Can suit training and promotional programmes where abrasion resistance and budget are primary considerations.

Backing and lining layers

Fabric-backed layers help control shape, strength and feel. Specify the layer count and material in the approved sample.

Bladder and valve

The bladder holds air; its material and the valve assembly influence air retention, rebound and maintenance.

Inflation and inspection

Soccer ball PSI: use the ball's marked range

There is no single PSI setting for every soccer or futsal ball. Inflate to the range printed on the exact ball or stated in its approved specification, then check it with a suitable low-pressure gauge. Size, construction and intended competition can change the required range.

For an order, define the inflation pressure used for circumference, rebound, roundness and air-retention checks. Do not copy a PSI value from another model merely because both are called size 5.

Futsal ball vs soccer ball: specify the use before production

A futsal-ball order should not be treated as an outdoor soccer ball with different artwork. Indoor surface, circumference, weight and reduced-bounce performance must be written into the brief and verified against the approved sample. State the governing rule set or buyer-defined test method rather than relying on the word “futsal” alone.

Playing environment

Document the indoor surface and whether the ball is for training, competition, school or promotional use.

Rebound requirement

Define the test method and acceptable result in the specification so the approved sample can be reproduced.

Artwork and packaging

Confirm print areas, colour references, private-label marks, individual packing and carton identification.
