Export & Shipping for Bulk Orders
Every order ships from Sialkot, Pakistan. The method and trade terms are agreed in your quotation, based on volume, destination and how quickly you need the goods.
Shipping methods
Choosing How Your Order Travels
Most buyers use one method for samples and another for bulk. We recommend an option in your quotation and you choose.
Express Courier
Best for: Samples, reorders and small team orders
Door-to-door delivery with tracking. The fastest option and the simplest for the buyer, but the most expensive per kilo, so it suits light, urgent shipments.
Air Freight
Best for: Mid-size orders and season launches
Cheaper per kilo than courier for larger cartons, and still quicker than sea. Usually needs a forwarder or customs broker at the destination airport.
Sea Freight (LCL or FCL)
Best for: Large wholesale and distributor orders
The lowest cost per unit for volume. Goods leave Pakistan through Karachi port, either sharing a container (LCL) or in a full container (FCL). Allow for the longer transit in your planning.
Trade terms
Who Pays for What
The Incoterm on your quotation decides where our responsibility ends and yours begins. These are the terms buyers ask about most.
We prepare and export-clear the goods; you or your forwarder arrange the main freight and import. Useful if you already have a freight forwarder with good rates.
Freight to your country's port or airport is included in the price; you handle import clearance, duties and local delivery.
Delivery to your address, with import duties and taxes either payable by you (DAP) or included (DDP). Availability depends on the destination and is confirmed in the quotation.
Documents
Paperwork for Customs
Each export shipment travels with the standard commercial documents your customs broker will ask for.
- Commercial invoice. Product descriptions, quantities, values and HS codes.
- Packing list. Carton count, weights, dimensions and the size breakdown in each carton.
- Transport document. Air waybill, courier waybill or bill of lading, depending on the method.
- Certificate of origin. Available on request where your country's import rules call for one. Tell us early if you need it.

What to Tell Us
With these details we can include shipping in your bulk quotation rather than quoting it separately later.
- Delivery country and city, and whether it is a business or residential address.
- Approximate quantities, so we can estimate carton count and weight.
- Your preferred trade term, or ask us to suggest one.
- Whether you have your own freight forwarder or courier account.
- The date the goods must arrive, such as a season start or product launch.
Transit times and freight costs change with the carrier, season and route, so we quote them for your specific shipment instead of publishing fixed figures. See how production works or read about sourcing from Sialkot.
