Custom Varsity Jacket

USSportWear makes custom varsity jackets, also called letterman jackets, to order for schools, colleges, sports teams, cheer squads and fashion brands. The classic style has a wool-blend body, contrasting sleeves, a snap-button front and striped rib knit at the collar, cuffs and hem.

Choose your materials

• Body: wool-blend, the traditional choice for warmth and structure.
• Sleeves: synthetic leather is the usual option; other sleeve materials can be quoted on request.
• Lining: quilted for warmth or a lighter lining for mild climates.
• Rib knit: striped in your team or school colours.

Patches and personalisation

• Chenille letters and patches, the traditional varsity look
